Shipping policy
To ensure that your package is delivered in a timely fashion, please ensure that your address and all other pertinent information is entered correctly to avoid delays in shipping. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, incorrect customer address entries, or carrier delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please ensure that someone is available to claim your package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the rare event that this occurs please contact your local post office at 1800-ASK-USPS.
Undeliverable or unclaimed packages will be voided and refunded as store credit upon receipt of package at our location.
Subsequently, all shipping charges due to an undeliverable or unclaimed package will be the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from your store credit balance for all undeliverable or unclaimed custom orders. We currently do not ship internationally. All orders are processed via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping to PO Boxes is handled via USPS.
Delivery Claims In the instance that you did not received your package, but the tracking information indicates "delivered," please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim. Depending on the carrier, claims can take up to 30 days to be processed. Please note that while we will do everything feasibly possible to assist with the claims process, Licious Island Vibes LLC does not accept responsibility for any packages confirmed "delivered" by the carrier, but reported as not received by the customer. It is the buyer's responsibility to complete and file the claim. We do not issue refunds or credits for delivery claims.
